Foreign nationals wishing to travel to Turkey for tourist or business purposes must either apply for regular or traditional visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization called Turkey e-Visa. While obtaining a traditional Turkey Visa involves visiting the nearest Turkey embassy or consulate, citizens from eligible countries can obtain an e-Visa for Turkey by completing a simple online Online Turkey Visa application form.

Visitors of the below mentioned countries are eligible for either a single entry or a multiple-entry Online Turkey Visa, which must be acquired before they embark on the journey to Turkey. They are permitted a maximum of 90 days, and occasionally 30 days, in Turkey.

Online Turkey Visa allows visitors to enter anytime in the next 180 days. The visitor to Turkey is allowed to remain continuously or stay for 90 day within the upcoming 180 days or six months. Also, to note, that this Visa is a multiple entry Visa for Turkey.

Conditional Online Turkey Visa

The following nations’ citizens can obtain a single-entry eVisa for Turkey. They are permitted a maximum of 30 days in Turkey. They also need to satisfy conditions listed below.

Note: Electronic visas (e-Visa) or e-Residence permits are not accepted.

Nationalities that are permitted entry to Turkey without a visa

Depending on nationality, Turkey visa-free visits for the above-mentioned nationalities range from 30 days to 90 days within 180-day period.

Please note that only tourism activities will be permitted in Turkey without a visa. For all other purposes of a visit to Turkey, a relevant entry permit must be obtained.

Nationalities that do not meet the Turkey Visa requirements

Passport holders from the following nationalities are not eligible to apply for Online Turkey Visa. Henceforth, they must apply for a traditional visa for being eligible for entry into Turkey:
