Around 60 countries’ nationals and residents can visit the UK without the visa for a maximum stay of six months, or three months if travelling through the Ireland. For entry into the United Kingdom, all rest of nationalities must either get a visa or travel authorisation.

GCC passport holders do not require a visa to enter the United Kingdom, but they must get an approved eTA Waiver before their trip.
Online applications for UK EVWs with stays of up to six months are accepted from residents of Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia,Oman,Bahrain, and the UAE These similar nationalities, as well as residents of the Jordan, will require an ETA to visit to the United kingdom starting in late 2023.
Additional visa-exempt countries, such as European residents, are anticipated to require the ETA in the near future to visit the UK.
